We’re currently a small team passionate about changing the world of fintech and reimagining what’s possible.
Our founding team spent the last few years building, designing, and scaling products at Airbnb to over 5M+ hosts around the world. Our past experiences also include places like Google, Microsoft Research, Faraday Future, Nike, etc.
We’re a remote-friendly team distributed between NYC, SF and Toronto. For those looking to work in person, we offer a beautiful office space in New York right next to Grand Central Station and we’re working on plans for SF.
👋 What we're looking for
We’re looking for an experienced, world-class storyteller to lead and execute our social media strategy. You may identify as more of a writer, creator, director or community builder— but at the end of the day, you’re a maker who can connect with audiences in multiple mediums.
As a creator, you’ll be excited to build a community and brand from the ground up, define our unique voice in a crowded fintech space and have the freedom to experiment with inventive ways to engage our audience. As one of the earliest hires on a small team, you’ll also have the opportunity to contribute or lead projects for brand, product and other marketing efforts.
🙋 What you’ll do
Develop and execute the Roi social media strategy across platforms. Duh.
Grow the Roi community across key social media channels, with a key focus on acquiring and connecting with our audience.
Closely monitor the fintech, investing, crypto, etc market trends, competitor information, and social media networks for viral content (including UGC) to make suggestions on new content strategy and ideas.
Set, track and achieve the KPIs, help generate traffic and app downloads
Own the development and execution of the day-to-day content calendar including copywriting, scheduling and publishing.
You can plan, create and edit premium, platform-specific content (image and video), covering both news content and original features, with a focus on engaging storytelling
Work with the founders to develop global brand voice and guidelines to maintain consistency across touch points
Analyze performance data and use it to inform social strategy, while communicating key learnings with other colleagues.
Create reports with full analysis of own and competitor platform performance, growth, and growth opportunities, including key insights, trends and recommendations.
Experience creating exceptional, strategic brand content
Excited by the prospect of building an audience from the ground up
Strong communication skills and ability to stay highly organized
